I bought an ebike and a mountain bike from All-Star at Ridgewood earlier this year for my son and I. We have had the absolute worst experience with them on every interaction since. I took my bicycle in on Saturday at noon and by 3:00 PM they were finished replacing both tire tubes. Now that's what I call customer service.
