I needed my bike’s derailleurs adjusted and the chain lubed. The Technician named Josh was very knowledgeable and fixed my bike right away. He did an excellent job and the gears work perfectly now. Josh was quick and efficient. This repair shop is my go to place for my bike service.
From the moment I spoke to Renny on phone to time in store, she was incredibly patient, kind and helpful in resolving my issue. I had trouble assembling a bike for my toddler’s bday and needed immediate assistance, which she handled same day within hours so i could timely surprise my toddler, and did all that for an extremely reasonable, nominal fee. Conte’s has earned a new customer when im ready to purchase again because of the amazing customer service provided by Renny!
Randomly got a rear flat and was dreading having to take my bike back to the shop I originally purchased it at. Turns out, this one was a 10 min bus ride away. Once I dropped it off, the tech provided timely updated estimates and even used better quality parts. I got my bike back with a rugged tire tread replacement within 2 hrs. Definitely coming back!

If you’re looking for a professional bike fit, Robert is the person to see. He’s extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure my bike was perfectly adjusted to fit me. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!
