I had an excellent experience with Conte’s Bike Shop. They were the only shop within a 100-mile radius that had the specific e-bike rack I needed, so I drove over an hour to see them—and it was absolutely worth it. The staff (Tom especially) were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. For a small fee, they installed the rack for me on the spot. As always, I had an excellent experience. The guys were great, and I would head back there in a second.
Tom was amazingly patient. I went in to have some training wheels placed on my nephews bike but unfortunately his bike wasn’t made to have training wheels on. Another gentleman gave me tips on how to help my nephew learn to balance on the bike. These guys went above and beyond. We left feeling taken care of.
I am a new ebike owner (Aventon Level 3). I needed some accessories and Conte had them. Their people are very knowledgeable. BTW, I am so happy with the Garmin product line. I use my Garmin watch every day to monitor my activities. Once I got the new bike, I was surprised that Garmin sells the Varia 715 which sits under your seat. It has a rear facing radar and camera.
