This was my first and likely last visit to the shop. I needed a rear rack for my trek, and decided to try and support a local shop rather than order online for something this simple. They told me their mechanic was busy today and wouldn't have time to install it on my bike. I even asked if I could borrow their allen keys for a minute to throw it on myself but was told no. Helpful staff. Clean store. Many accessories.
I’ve gone here a couple of times. Wants to get my tire tube replaced. And wants to get my daughters tire tube replaced and they also did an overall tuneup and fixed something that was wrong with the bike. Overall, very friendly people there are quick service and very affordable. I definitely want to get one of the BMC bikes there someday. I am saving up.
