Just moved to Old Town Alexandria. I’ve been in the shop to browse, discuss cycling routes, and to have several bikes tuned up. Each visit was for a different reason and every time met with great service and attention. Never felt pressure to make a purchase but received the info I needed in a professional manner. I’ll bring all my cycling needs to Conte’s on King.
This place is great. Gentlemen working navigate the conversational balance between casual and hard core cycling enthusiasts. In my handful of visits I’ve seen them adjust a random customers bike, who walked in and asked, as well as graciously declining doing work to my bike, that they deemed wasn’t necessary, when they easily could’ve said nothing and taken my money. Integrity from any businesses in times like these speaks volumes. Life time customer.
Conti's Bike Shop in Alexandria was a great place to take my bike. I plan on using them for any of my bike needs in the future. Their friendly staff performed some maintenance on my bike and got it running like new again. I highly recommend these guys for whatever bike needs you might have.
Great experience with Conte’s! They did a great job assembling and dialing in my new Canyon Aeroad. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and great service all around.
Solid guys!
