Excellent customer service and the repairs were quick and done very well! I can’t say enough good things about both of my experiences with two different bikes this week! I can’t imagine going elsewhere next time! Highly recommend Conte in Short Pump!! Will and Trevor are really top notch and went above and beyond to make sure our bikes were repaired and ready quickly!!
I had a profesional bike fit done in Northern Virginia, where I had bought my bike originally, in 2017. However, I kept having chafing / saddle sores. I decided to do something about it, and I talked with Stefan at Conte's. Stefan did a bike fit for me today and I was surprised that by changing a few things, my new position on the bike has greatly improved my comfort.
