RecommendedWe had a great experience shopping for bikes yesterday. Fran listened to what we wanted and then grabbed just the bikes that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We feel comfortable knowing we’ll be able to get help when we need it. No pressure to buy, just genuine assistance to help us pursue biking. He also welcomed our puppy and wore her out for us. An added bonus!
RecommendedRecently purchased a bike rack from Contes. Price was as good as I could have gotten on-line anywhere PLUS they extended the Williamsburg Area Bicyclist 10% discount! On top of that, they happily accommodated me exchanging the rack twice due to an issue I had with getting a hitch installed on my vehicle (no fault of the rack - was my issue). Great and friendly service!!

RecommendedFran and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my new bike in after my attachment for my trailer wouldn't fit properly on the bike. They worked on the bike and attachment for over an hour until it was working properly- didn't charge a cent and couldn't have been nicer about helping me out. Couldn't have appreciated their help more!
