I have been working with Evan Grimes (Customer Care Associate) in the last year, and Evan has assisted me with various warranty matters on some of my HM chairs, and helped me with the purchase of additional parts I needed for my HM chair. Evan is very response, provides exceptional service, and is very professional and courteous in all correspondences.
The COI team are all wonderful! Special thanks to Steve, Yurii and Enoch for going above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect at our office. They are friendly, professional and easy to work with. Also thanks to Shady for arranging our visits and making sure we are always well taken care of.
