Great company! I worked with Austin Howland and Howard Howland, and both took the time to answer all my questions and explained the mortgage process. They kept me updated through out the entire mortgage process, and made things as easy as possible for me. I also appreciate that they were available at all hours & gave me some great advice. Great company with amazing employees. Tom, at the Daytona Beach branch, was amazing to work with and listened to all our questions and concerns, being very uplifting and responsive toward them. Austin, the processor, made us feel like we mattered and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall our experience with Contemporary Mortgage was great and I say that typing from my computer in the new house my family owns, with lower closing costs than we expected. Thank you for all you have done for us.
