Had to come back to update my review. My chair was delivered today and it exceeds expectations! The delivery was right on time within the short window they gave me. The two men were courteous, careful, and respectful of my home. Thank you! I'd bought a recliner from a competitor down the road. CG along with Kate has gone way beyond and above working with us. Kate is so knowledgable, experienced and so patient never rushing us to make a decision. Thank you, Kate! We purchased one brand of couch but after receiving it and having back issues by then, it wasn't right for my needs. They allowed us to return the couch, order a new one and even provided a loaner love seat so our room had seating until the new one came in!!! That just doesn't happen in today's world of buying. We purchased a Copeland dining room table, ordered it late and Bob did everything to get it to us for Christmas. Great customer service and as always Copeland makes great furniture. Courtney was an excellent sales lady ( no pressure). Thank you Contemporary Galleries!
