Very pleased with this service. Ken was patient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what he was doing. My wife and I encountered troubles with the marketplace and Ken knew exactly what to do. He even called them directly on our behalf to work through the issues, bringing them to resolution. I can't imagine how challenging this would have been had we gone about it on our own.
