Bad customer services, Bad experience on order placed for the first time. I Purchased a shirt and tie set , returned product same day per item didnt fit. Item received was way larger them expected. I have been getting the run around about not being refunded for my return because they are stating no handkercheif was returned with shirt, just the tie received.
