Ryan Allen of Contempo Lending is FANTASTIC! He was patient, thorough, super responsive, and very clear in his communications. He successfully maneuvered us through a tight timeline to close on a mortgage with the utmost professionalism and grace. I felt very reassured knowing Ryan was watching out for us in terms of advising on the best possible rate to lock in, the best options for a lender, etc. If I ever have to get a mortgage again in California, he's my first call!
