I do not recommend this business—more specifically, I do not recommend the owner or his way of operating. My experience with Alex Mendoza was extremely disappointing. We initially had a verbal agreement for a kitchen renovation, but after 8 weeks of constant follow-ups (calls, emails, and texts), I was still unable to get a clear scope of work or a detailed breakdown of costs.
