How about you guys learn how to schedule your stupid trains around rush hour. Too many times all of us are trying to leave or get to work and you guys clog traffic by dispatching your trains at the most awful times. I don’t know who your coordinator is but they need to be fired like yesterday. It’s ridiculous.
I send my information to the email the receptionist requests, and she never replies. When I go to ask what is happening, she responds rudely and tells me to go back to my car. This receptionist needs to be replaced, please.
They need to fire the check in lady she is rude, everytime I come to this place the trucks are lined up on street and never move the trucks to for safety. I’m dropping off a box dispatch call while I’m hear she tells me I can’t be on my phone while on the property. Set my timer it took 7 mins for a truck to be checked in.
