This place is so bad. Trucks lined up all the time everyday. They are so slow getting trucks In and it messes up traffic. Entrance is at a main intersection so it gets so busy. The process to get in and out is absolutely ridiculous. No other place takes as long as this one. Avoid completely!

How about you guys learn how to schedule your stupid trains around rush hour. Too many times all of us are trying to leave or get to work and you guys clog traffic by dispatching your trains at the most awful times. I don’t know who your coordinator is but they need to be fired like yesterday. It’s ridiculous.
I send my information to the email the receptionist requests, and she never replies. When I go to ask what is happening, she responds rudely and tells me to go back to my car. This receptionist needs to be replaced, please.
