The wait times are ridiculous and cost drivers money daily. Drivers sit for hours waiting on containers to be loaded, even after calling in and waiting on hold to let them know they are there and giving the release information. Horrible experience, but generally nice people.
If you're picking up a container be ready to sit on hold for over an hour listening to the most god awful hold music available.
Worst Depot in STL, workers can care less here and management does not seem to mind. Do better it is not that difficult to run a depot. Hire people who know what they are doing and maybe you can be more productive.
