My fiancé is a concrete worker. He does work in town and a client gave him a personal check written to him. He took it to Consumers because this is the bank on the her check. At first he explained he did not bank there but provided two forms of ID. The lady walks away from the counter and the comes back saying they cannot cash it. He asks why, she says it’s almost 5:00.
