Have a few very nice, helpful employees! I don't think their security is all that fantastic from a few experiences. (My middle name had never been used on anything until a girl here used it on my debit card for some reason. Didn't on my hubby's, same day. Right after that, my middle name was showing up everywhere online, was getting bombarded with offers, etc. So, not sure if they sell customers' info?) Concerned about this bank's security department at this juncture. The other day, I could not sign in via Bitdefender's SafePay browser. As many that have had their ID's stolen through T-Mobile and the like, I do not use a regular browser for accessing sites I initiate payments for anything on. I kept getting an access denied, EdgeSuite error. Initially, on contacting the office out of Minerva, the "internet security" personnel hadn't even heard of Bitdefender (shocking since it's in the top 5 internet security suites in the ... read more
