We were from out of town. Bank wouldn’t make change for $10 without an account. I stated my parents bank here (they do) and bank said they’d need to be present to make change. I said I’d open an account then. Bank said they couldn’t open an account for the purpose of making change (even if I met their deposit threshold). Please make this make sense.
