First , Consumers is not a member of the BBB. Also, when my friends and family call and tell me that their SS checks have posted to their accounts, Consumers does NOT. Major Banks post the SS payment when it is sent to them. Not Consumers. I would like to know why. This is November 1, 2014 and my family and friends have their SS payments, posted, ready to use. I do not. And to top that off, it isn't even showing as "pending". Why? What are they doing with my SS money, except gaining interest on it before they post it to our ... read more
