Worst bank in the creation of the United States. They actively work against their customers even when they know their customers are having a difficult financial time. They lie to the cops and help try to send their customers to jail if an ATM is not working on one day does not mean it is not working on a day before or a day after just because it's not working. One day out of a week does not mean it is not working every single day that week and I will be filing a lawsuit against consumers energy for perjury in a court of law

I have over $100k in my checking account, but my debit card still declines a $3 snack purchase 3-4 times a month at the vending machine in my office that I use all of the time. Customer service is poor. I called about the debit card declining a different purchase (that I have plenty of money to cover) and the customer service rep hung up on me. I'm actively looking for somewhere better to take my business.
