The staff here is always friendly and helpful! My favorite branch.
I walked in and was greeted immediately. I went in for a large cash withdrawal. I can appreciate the due diligence in security questions. But when asked why I needed the withdrawal, I shared for personal large purchases. She continued with questioning and had a very condescending tone. Luckily this person had a scheduled appointment coming in and I was passed to another representative. If I had her name I’d rate her service a 1-star. The rest of the team was very friendly and attentive.
