Just terrible service
Great service and even greater savings options and rates! Beat everyone in town! Staff I dealt with was friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. I am moving all my accounts here
We just switched to Consumers, haven't really done anything with them yet. We decided the current "local" conglomerate associated with the big university wasn't for us anymore with all the fees and such. These guys will pay interest on your money, imagine that. Very easy to work with so far. Probably will switch our loans over to here also...
