Originally came to this location and was not happy. Went back because I believe in second chances. Every visit back to this location has been smooth, peaceful, and quick. Every member I've worked with has been helpful. Regina, Michael, and Paula solved and 16 month problem for me in 5 minutes. I almost cried.
got approved for a loan online and was told to go in person to get it closed out. ended up getting denied regardless
Not worth the 5% APY. Have issues using my cards almost half the time, if you put the wrong pin or zip (I moved and it didn't update my info correctly) it immediately shits down for fraud, you can't try again, you don't get a call or a text to confirm it's you. Even online purchases will be declined and they'll claim they didn't do it. Worst customer service. They try to claim issues are the merchant.... Staff is great but nothing in this bank works, atms don’t take cash for deposits, you can’t link external accounts. By far the worst financial institution out here. Don’t waste your time and money here
