Celina Cortez, Is an awesome worker she really helped me a lot with my auto approval, i definitely recommend to anyone trying to get pre approved for an auto, house, etc. 10/10
First of all, my refinance was messy and the whole process was unclear and switched hands a few times. They also offered a $200 incentive for refinancing with them at the time. Its been almost a year and they have failed to give me the $200 and ive called about it on 3 different occasions. They cant explain why I haven't received the money in my account and they say they'll look into it and contact me back, but never do. Terrible customer service or shady business, not sure.
