Terrible! I was approved for an Auto loan with them. Everything went well until the time they stopped all communications with me. I tried calling, but nothing. Nancy, the loan sales specialist, was great until she stopped responding. I was purchasing a higher-end Alfa Romeo. Now I own many vehicles and have my own company, so it is familiar to us to buy cars every year. We really didn't know how good we had it with Meadows Credit Union. Was there for many years and my adult children too. CCU has ironed out the kinks and it has been a learning curve for us also. At the end of the day CCU is not even close to the prompt personalized service we received at Meadows and probably never will. The wait times on the phone are a slap in the face and extremely inconsiderate. Going to try a different credit union in the area to compare.
