I like ccu. I've been with them for 11 years and counting.
Complete scam. Had an auto-loan refinanced here via RefiJet, and their due dates are setup to force late fees and return check fees, even though I pay manually before my due date. I tried calling customer service, and ended up getting dropped the first time I called, and then transferred and lost in limbo being transferred to an account manager. Absolute scam Edit: They switch your auto pay even with nothing setup, and cost me $30 in their fees and $30 in overdrafts from my bank - you can't just remove a checking account.
Georgina at the Round Lake Beach location went above and beyond to help me with questions about my account. She was nice, helpful and took her time to answer the questions I was asking about my account you Amazing Georgina‼️‼️‼️💯
I would Recommend PenFed, similar rates but they’re bigger - I’m sure because their mangers call back!
