Disabled Senior Citizens are treated as less than Human by the "employees" at the R.L.B. location. Branch Manager is more worried about being liked by the "employees". Extremely Disappointing. I contacted Customer Service almost a week before the following reply, another Less than Stellar Experience.

I've always had positive experiences with the staff at the Round Lake Beach location..
This financial institution is ran by a gang of thieves! they just stole money from my accounts with out authorization from me. Then I spent the next 4 years trying to get them to fix the issue to no avail. 9 months after I paid my car loan and still do not have my title. Stay away if you want to hang on to your money.
