Complete scam. Had an auto-loan refinanced here via RefiJet, and their due dates are setup to force late fees and return check fees, even though I pay manually before my due date. I tried calling customer service, and ended up getting dropped the first time I called, and then transferred and lost in limbo being transferred to an account manager. Absolute scam
I would Recommend PenFed, similar rates but they’re bigger - I’m sure because their mangers call back!
Disabled Senior Citizens are treated as less than Human by the "employees" at the R.L.B. location. Branch Manager is more worried about being liked by the "employees". Extremely Disappointing. I contacted Customer Service almost a week before the following reply, another Less than Stellar Experience.
