Went there to open a account lady employee was very friendly and helpful in helping me I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to do their financial business.
The employees at the Consumers Credit Union on B Dr N in Battle Creek are fantastic. They were so patient while helping me figure out how to transfer all of my accounts from another Credit Union in town!!!!
Excellent customer service
I cannot speak more highly about the help I received from the Battle Creek office today. I was literally overwhelmed with fear when I entered their office and left at peace. I was caught in a major scam with Microsoft and a fake individual calling himself a fraud representative of Consumers CU. This individual even tried to convince me not to talk with people at Consumer's CU. But I followed advice from the police and did go in and talk with the awesome people at MY credit union.
