I love Consumers Credit Union because the service is like none other. The staff are so friendly and always leave smiling. They have help my husband and I on a Sunday night as we were leaving for our hunnymoon by making sure we had working debit cards. Truly truly an amazing, care group of people. I highly recommend them.

Heidi is very prompt, professional, knowledgable, and personable. She helped me get a loan that was best for myself and my family. I am fully satisfied with my mortgage and the process it took to receive it. Hedi made the process as fast and smooth as possible. Being a first time homeowner, it took alot of weight off of me as she helped me navigate thru things and took the time to explains the things I was not familiar with . It has been an all around pleasure working with her.

We bought our house in Jan 2019. As first time buyers, we didn’t know much about the procedure. Heidi walked us through every step patiently and kindly. She was very responsive, professional, accurate and easy to reach out. Closing date happened to be when I had already planned for vacation. She let us pick the day either before or after the long vacation I had. This gave me the freedom I needed to handle everything. I would like to here appreciate all she did for us.
