All I have to say is the Customer Service Reps will harass you to no end. If anyone is going through financial difficulty they do not care, they talk to you just like you are someone out on the street. Consumer Portfolio Services is a.k.a. CPS (auto loans) located in Virginia. What ever happened to common courtesy? These people will call your home, cell phone, job, family members to try to discredit you and embarrass you. They are very unprofessional and I can't wait until my auto loan is payed off with them.
