If I could give zero stars I would. They are unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They are shady and greedy and prey on younger individuals because they belive they can get over on them. Not to mention they attempted to detain a car because they wanted to request a payment that not only wasn't late but wasnt due for over a week. If you're thinking about getting into business with them, DONT! The owner has no respect for her employess and in turn they take it out on the employees.

Unprofessional staff that have not been trained properly. The manager has a very nasty attitude. Followed with a careless supervisor who doesn’t care how his representatives talk to the clients. Now this complete staff haven’t even been with the business (company) for more then a year but swear they know more. Horrible customer service there. I called to speak to Tania about my account that’s all like I have done in the past. Well the girl that answered my call ask for my info so I gave her my info no problem so she transferred me to Monica for some reason she told me about my payment in which I made on November 11th ok. Monica didn’t even ask why I was calling so she transferred me to Kyle which he stats he’s the owner okay. Very unprofessional, Blanca and Kyle don't know how to talk to customers. Kyle straight up called me a ***** and I was costing him money. Wow, they are getting paid every two weeks and all I asked for was a payment history. Worst place ever, feels like your doing business with the Cartels. Would never use them again.

I have been with consumer financial services for about 2 years and still with them. Now I called to combine loans and take a new one out. And i had some questions in regards to that well I was greeted by naomi who I must say was very rude.. I asked just one question on how my intrest was added and combined and she could not answer that one question and insists I go else where to get a loan if i didn't like her terms not consumer financial services but hers. The manager Tiffany was so rude, unprofessional, over talked me and kept hanging up on me when I asked questions regarding my account. If I could give the place 0 stars I would.

This company is very unprofessional! Tiffany the manager is very rude! She told me "You owe me money and I don't owe you ****" Is that the way to talk to ypur customers because one of your employees was cutting me off before I finished my sentence and I asked to speak to a manager?? This company is terrible and need a to change management again for a third time!

I have to admit that I'm taken out by the treatment I received today from the account manager regarding a payment . After explaining that I am on medical leave for chronic health care, that I wouldn't have the full payment . At this point she offered 65.00 payment to avoid a hit on my credit which I responded with asking if I could provide 60.00 instead to avoid an issue with my bank account. I always have a terrible time communicating with the girls that work in this office. They are rude, unprofessional, and over all, very poorly mannered. They are always speaking over you, interrupting you, and hanging up on you. I've been with them for almost 3 years now and I've never had a good experience.
