These people are a scam. I had current accounts and put them under their program and now I have 8 delinquent accounts from the past 8 months showing on my credit even though they got payments from me on time every month! No one monitored things to make sure the creditors were getting payments and accepting the agreement. Worst credit mistake we have made. To top it all off no one tried to help us fix anything (not that they can at this point), rather the blame has been shifted to the creditors.
My credit score just dropped 67 points because of these idiots. 400$/mth for nothing.
They were very helping in getting my interest rates reduced, some as low as 3%,some at 9%. It’s going to take 5 years to pay off our debt, but our credit score has actually increased over time. They are non-profit and only collect about $40 /month.
