My issues started when a drive thru teller made an accounting error and then cancelled my cash deposit to cover her mistake. She has known me for 5yrs and had always been nice but her actions that day proved who she really is. I tried discussing the situation but was rudely insulted me and called me a liar. Her actions caused my car insurance to lapse and it is why I was making that cash deposit to cover it. I've been banking here since I was 18 and my husband for almost 10 yrs. I love that we can call to check our balance and 9 outta 10 times they recognize our voices and call us by our first name's or whenever we go through the drive thru they recognize our vehicles and most of the time already have our banking info pulled up before we even give them our account number. All of the tellers are always so friendly and will help you anyway they can. I recommend this bank to anyone. The only downside is their not open on Saturday
