Go to EASTMAN. This credit union lost all the credit union “benefits”. They won’t even notarize papers for members “unless it benefits CCU”. This is not a good place to bank. Most people I knew that banked there have left. It is sad when Bank of America has more benefits than a local credit union. Eastman - seriously. I’m closing my account as well.

I called in and spoke with Judy (Loan Specialist?). She was an absolute treasure! I can't tell you how refreshing it is to experience phenomenal customer service these days. She was extremely patient, kind, and very informative. She knew her stuff!!
