Tried to lay my car off 3 times.. not only did it not go through the first time because, you HAVE to to pay with a checking account and not a savings account that I was never told about, I was charged 60.00 for a return check and no one ever contacted me about it. Now Iam on the phone for 40 minutes and counting trying and they still can’t do it.

Way back on August 25th I had an unauthorized withdrawal of $218 from my checking account which I immediately contacted the bank and reported it and reported it to the merchant the withdrawal was used for. On September 22nd the merchant sent me an email saying a chargeback had been sent to CCU to put the $218 back in my account, I've called about it at least 6 times and I get the same answer-It takes 60-90 days for it to appear in my account.
