I called in and spoke with Judy (Loan Specialist?). She was an absolute treasure! I can't tell you how refreshing it is to experience phenomenal customer service these days. She was extremely patient, kind, and very informative. She knew her stuff!! Tried to pay my car off 3 times.. not only did it not go through the first time because, you HAVE to pay with a checking account and not a savings account that I was never told about, I was charged 60.00 for a return check and no one ever contacted me about it. Now Iam on the phone for 40 minutes and counting trying and they still can’t do it.
