Caused one of my cards to be charged off because the payment was never received per USAA for 10 Months. Now my credit has taken an huge hit. Even though the receipt I was sent say it was paid.
CCCS, in my opinion they always stand by their word. Twice i was growing in debt. They work with me and advised me what will help. Those 2 times in my life i be came debt free. I had to discipline myself only buy necessities. From 2014 - 2018 I learned my lesson. I am still debt free. Thank you the staff of CCCS YOU are champion.
Really helped us get out of debt. Negotiated interest rates for us and the convenience of paying one monthly fee was worth it alone. Would definitely recommend.
