Jessica at RDI was extremely responsive via email and phone as well as kind and efficient with navigating an application for assistance. I was swimming in medical bills from two hip replacement surgeries and needed a bit of help. RDI knocked it out of the park!

They are very difficult to get ahold of. Was told we would get a callback the next day after talking to them about the MATL loan. Have not heard anything since. Its very frustrating to call them and no one picks up the phone.
