I was promised to cancel my timeshare with Welks Resorts and was offered a payment plane through unitedfinancialservices company which their client is consumer consulting group llc and its been more than 1yr 1/2 it was sept of 2023 when i first signed up. They company promised to stay consistent with the updates which they did not. I sent over the paperwork required for my cancellation and i would get an email promising updates which never really happened. It took a bit longer than they said it would, but they were really transparent with me. Now I'm completely free, and I couldn't be happier! Huge thanks to them!
I reached out to CCG at the end of January 2022, and they stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. Finally, in October 2022, we got the news that we were out of our timeshare contract. It felt amazing not to have to pay any more maintenance fees. Huge thanks to Consumer Consulting Group!
