Wow! Horrible customer service. I asked a quick question regarding Nevada's Community Property law and they refused to give me any tax information over the phone... Not a great way to get clients, I definitely won't be getting my taxes done there!
I tried calling for a tax adviser today, the man who answered the phone asked if I'm an existing client, I said no, since this was the first time I would have been using their services. Then he proceeds to say, "Sorry I don't think we can help you." What kind of service is that? He doesn't even ask any questions to understand the situation or even seem to care really. I called this company. When the person answered I was not sure if he said his name, but I thought he said his name was carl. So I said Carl? He replied “Carl, how can I help you?” I said no, my name is Joe, I thought you were Carl.” He then said “how can I help you?” Not his name yet again.
