I opted Binu from consult physio through recommendation and he really understood the problem very well, and gave structured sessions to ease the neck/shoulder problems I had. It was only 30 minute sessions but by the end of the 5 sessions the pain had eased out and was non existent. April2025- I have gone back again to consult physio and this time I had Anoop has my physio, it helped me with the sciatica issue I had and there has been considerable ease to pain and I'm back to full mobility. I attended a few physiotherapy sessions at this clinic and was very impressed with Anoop. He was professional, highly competent, and genuinely caring. He thoroughly explained my injury and clearly demonstrated the exercises I needed to do at home, ensuring I didn’t strain myself. I highly recommend physiotherapist Anoop.
