They NEVER answer the phone! The phone rings 20+ times before the message comes on, it doesn't matter which option you select all the voicemail boxes are full!! They send you an email and never respond! They would not take our Walgreens photos for a Greek Passport wouldn't even look at them, made us go to AA Passport Photos twice for pictures, and twice the photos have been rejected.

I am extremely happy and grateful for the services provided by the Consulate of Greece in Chicago, IL. I wanted to register my sons in Greece. The process was easy to follow and my boys are now Greek citizens. A very proud moment. Thank you Consulate!

I contacted the Consulate of Greece in Chicago to request a certificate of permanent resident in the US. I received excellent service from the staff. My emails were answered the same day, my phone calls were answered by a person and not an answering machine, my requests were met in a timely and friendly manner. They went out of their way to make sure that I receive the certificate before leaving for Greece. Thank you all!

I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and service of the Chicago Consulate General of Greece. They have made my citizenship journey enjoyable and easy. I can't praise them enough.
