I had a great experience at the Ecuadorian Consulate. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made the visit smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. Highly recommended.
Easy appointment, parking on a self park lot was $68.00 dollars for about 45min ( the consulate not at fault... but we still pay)
Esto es lo peor de lo peor. Nose si es por falta de personal que están ahora atendiendo estas personas pero demasiado groseras en las llamadas ni se diga en persona piensan que son intocables en sus puestos laborales. Pésimo servicio necesitan un cambio urgente. Ecuador SOS.
