Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m pretty sure we’re their biggest customer. If it was up to me id switch all of our product line to any of their competitors.
Nearly 30 years of loyalty, destroyed by ConstructConnect’s indifference. Our company has used On Center Software since its inception — close to three decades of continuous support and renewals. Unfortunately, after ConstructConnect acquired them, everything changed for the worse. She was awesome at explaining everything and really charming person
Reached out a few times for help never heard anything back. Cancelled the membership 3 months in. Only after cancelling it did someone reach out to ask why. They said they would get back in touch and show me it is useful and not a scam. Have been ghosted again. Buyer Beware.
