As an elderly man who was taken advantage of and misled by construct connect, I would tell you to read all of the 1-star reviews about them tricking people with unethical business practices. Specifically the way they trick people into renewing without wanting to renew (they hide a renewal clause in the contract that they do not tell you about), then they keep the money. Very poor use of your money. Antiquated software and EXTREMELY poor customer service. Update to response - We have tried dealing with Meghan (customer service) and Won (accounting?) and we just get continually ignored. If you really care, call us!
Very disappointed in their services. The worst part is their shady way of tricking employees into signing automatic renewals. They seem predatory as if they are in the timeshare type of business. There are a lot better options out there from companies with better ethics.
Unacceptable and potentially unlawful conduct. Your company charged my debit card without my authorization, despite the fact that you do not have a contract with me. Any agreement you claim to have is with someone else, not the cardholder. When I disputed this, Mike Ellis stated that it “doesn’t matter” if someone else used my card, and that the charges would stand even though there is no signed contract, no written authorization, and no consent from me to bill my debit card.
