Automatically renewed our membership. Was told they emailed me a month before renewal, but I did not see it or it went into spam. The week they took the withdraw out of our account I contacted them and told them that we wanted to cancel. They told me it was too late. I said it was unacceptable, and forward to higher ups. It has been over a month and I still have not received my $5000 back or got a response. They have a major scam going on with there renewal system.

Fair warning with Constructconnect. They put in the fine print that the service will auto renew and auto pay ever year. I was sold the product by a salesmen on a test basis to pay quaterly and if I didnt want it I could just stop. I used it for about a year and went into the sytem to delete all of my info out so that it would not renew. I noticed the payment come off of my card so I called in wanting to know why.
