Fantastic government services; everyone there was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! It's rare to find such quality government offices! The manager Michael is a shining example of exemplary management and character which I'm sure influences the rest of the staff. He even went ABOVE and BEYOND by coming to put the new license plate on my car!! Dicen que sólo te atienden con cita. Pasaba por aquí y necesitaba pagar mis permisos pero se ve que no necesitan dinero, ya que no te dejan quedarte los trabajadores de este lugar. Yo vivo en una ciudad grandísima y te atienden en el momento (dicho por ellos hasta en su web page) y si tienes cita te atienden antes, por supuesto, lo que ocurre es que soy camionero y no podemos proceder como cualquier persona por nuestros horarios. Made an appointment 3 weeks out because it was the closest available and drove all the way from Greenacres, arrive before my appointment and it’s currently 34 minute passed my appointment time with some random guy walking up and getting immediate service. I have to get back to work and these unprofessional folks have no sense of urgency or professionalism. Avoid this place.
Had to make an appointment 12 days prior, there's no such thing as a walk in service anymore. Arrived earlier than my appointment, thinking that I would finish sooner but no, there was still an hour wait for vehicle registration
Very good experience, first time ever going out there and it wasn't packed. There were only 5 customers out there and I was able to get in and out in 25 minutes. That is taking care of title and new tag. Thanks Debby.
