I renewed my registration at a kiosk,unfortunately run out of paper and my registration didn't print. I went to the PBG location requesting a new print registration and my sticker. I was called by Lisa at the front which was pleasant, professional and very kind. She not only help me getting my registration and sticker at the moment. One of the worst places you’ll ever visit in palm beach county and it will probably be one of your first. Their appointments to renew a tag it unconstitutional in my opinion when you cannot renew online. So this place is and always has been a complete joke in my opinion and experience. Everytime I’ve ever had to deal with it it’s been a nightmare. They need to make some changes for sure. New building same old tactics and still aggravating the public

The most rude lazy group of people they wouldn’t give a hungry dog a bone!!!!!!! You should need appointment just have copy of your DL license. Went there a hour before they close and they wouldn’t print my license but explained to be I had a ticket that needed to be pay. That sad they need better customer service skills and compassion for people
