You cannot come in without a reservation. You can call them to see if you need a reservation but you will have to wait on hold longer than driving here from anywhere in palm beach county just to be told you need a reservation get turned away and then walk back in the door and told you do not need a reservation, but you have to wait for all the reservations, so I did this and went up to the window got a document I wanted from them and proceeded to tell me how to make an appointment online to do a transaction that would’ve bee... read more
