i had appointment @11am n i came 10:32 early . they told me that i had to wait 30 mins to get a ticket to wait another 30mins or more.. y couldnt i get the ticket?? now my appointment time passed 40 mins . still waiting.. again whats the point of getting appointment? to make me wait another extra hour??? what is that ? terrible service.
