Marjorie was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and super kind, and attended to me wonderfully. The whole process went smooth. I just had to get my license renewed, And she made the process seamless. She allowed me to make sure my picture looked correct, And even explained to me that I should renew it now so that it could save me money in the long-term. If you come here, I would definitely recommend going to her booth!!
Very disappointed from this newer facility in West Lake, first of all appointments for dealers are not available for at least 30 to 60 days and only two transactions per appointment (seriously) ? this is ridiculous and needs to be changed ASAP. Very slow, unorganized and unprofessional, although my clerk said she's been working there for 15 years she sure didn't act like it. she was rude, she kept on walking away as I was talking to her. Janice was great! In almost 3 decades of countless dealings with the PBC Tax collector, I lucked out the last couple times to be serviced by Janice at the Westlake location. Not only was she the most clear, concise, and polite attendant I've ever dealt with, she went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. Thank you Janice!!!!
