Where are these five stars coming from? It takes three weeks to get an appointment for my mom to get her handicap parking permit. Update to reply: I've been to your location several times and would rate it a 2 for poor service, but if you're job is putting off helping people, you get 5 stars.
Javany was helpful, kind, and patient. He did the best to assist me and waited for me to call my insurance. The location is spacious and clean which I enjoy as well. People like Javany are needed in stressful environments. Thank You again.

For a couple years, I have visited this location to renew my driver’s license and to pay my company taxes, and I have always received excellent service.
