Fix your system! When my number was called I went up to the station. No one was there. I stood there about 10 min. Asked someone if they knew where the person went. He looked me up in the system and told me my number was called 3 times so they removed me. I sat in the waiting room in front of the screen and listened for my number and they did NOT call me three times and even if they did, I walked up as soon as I heard my number so why remove me.
