You have to make an appointment and wait 2-4 weeks to go in. Then wait over an hour to be seen on the day of the appointment
If i could have chosen no stars, i would have. The level of disrespect that was given to my employee that was there on my behalf, as well other customers, was absolutely unnaceptable. Your customer service representatives told a man " it's not my fault you can't read." How dare you talk to someone that way. Customers feel enough stress having to go to your office to begin with. You could at least attempt to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
I never expected such high quality service from this office. The lines were long and very busy. Kyle went above and beyond to save me time and future visits to transfer my out-of-state vehicle transfer.
Ms.Monowara the central location was exceptionally helpful. She deserves a raise
Kyle was exceptional, kind patient and was willing to help. Had all the answers to questions I had. I would recommend this dmv location to anyone, they are very nice and helpful.
