I have worked for Live in Care companies in both the UK & NZ & I have been pleasantly suprised with the standard of training Constantia Care provides to on boarding Live in care assistants. I have found the Care managers very supportive and proactive when I have needed to put in place extra measures to support the client. If you are considering Constantia Care as a potential agency to provide care for your loved one or are looking for a career as a self-employed carer, I has no hesitation in recommending Constantia Care.
The update training is excellent and thorough. Helen makes it so as not to be boring, but necessary stuff.

Amazing Training The trainers and staff are incredible. They were very accommodating and patient with all the questions we were asking. They made me feel comfortable.
