Mark Davis is a liar, unprofessional, unreliable. He ghosted us after saying he did the service and he never gave us proof of service, he did not give us the original summons either, now we have to go through an additional process to get a copy of the papers. It’s been months and our process is stuck because of him.

Avoid at all costs!! I should have heeded the reviews, my experience was exactly the same as others - Mark said the service to my ex-wife was completed a month ago, but after calling almost daily, being told the proof of service would be mailed, then e-mailed, still nothing! Now he doesn’t even answer my calls and I’m stuck having to go to get another summons from the court and serving it again, hopefully with better results.

This man should be reported. He never returned my calls, he never returned me emails. He ignored my calls. He never provided me with a receipt of service. He must not need a JOB ……. Don’t waste peoples time !!!

I have been working with this Constables office since July never received any paperwork from Heather in the office. Mark assured me that she would email it to me finally December 3. He told me I would have my money by the end of December. It's now March 5 and the guy that owes me the money has moved his business and they will not answer me. That is the constable's office.. Would not trust and will never work with again. I want my file back To get somebody that is actually gonna do the work to hand it over to them.
