Working with this firm has been incredibly frustrating. The communication and responsiveness is poor. The timing is slow. In the end the attorney actively recommended a settlement far lower than was appropriate and we had to negotiate on our own to be made whole. When the settlement finally did arrive, the firm took weeks to process it, so much so that they had to be reissued. Great job by James and his team. As a fellow lawyer, I appreciated the ease with which the claim was filed and processed. The carrier ultimately made a very reasonable offer on the eve of mediation, after initially all but denying the claim. Would hire Constable Law again should the need arise.
