Avoid Constable Court Services at all costs. I submitted my child support summons on July 6, and over six weeks later, the status hasn't moved past "assigned server." The summons expires on August 24, so I have to make another trip to court to get it reissued. Their customer service is practically nonexistent: they never answer the phone and ignore multiple emails. I hired this process server over two months ago and paid for service upfront. Despite repeated assurances that service would be completed, no meaningful attempt appears to have been made. Every time I called for an update, I received a different explanation or excuse for the delay. Eventually, I was told that service had been attempted but was unsuccessful.
