Terrible agency, don't understand why they still operate.
Are you guys alright in the head? pretty much snowed in. this is just a hazard now.
Terrible judgment. Despite heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures, they still chose to keep schools open. Forcing students to wait outside and commute in unsafe conditions shows a complete lack of concern for student safety. What makes it worse is that closures only ever apply to the same select areas, while everyone else is ignored even when conditions are just as bad. School should have been canceled no question about it. Completely ridiculous
They keep using our house as a bus stop. We’ve tried to contact this company plenty of times but no one does anything. This is a hazard issue everytime thinking the kids will damage our cars. Why won’t you guys answer our inquiries?
4 kids went missing from our school yesterday and it took 2 to 3 hours to find them. Terrible agency for reporting unnacceptable issues. Bus was late today and I didnt get a notification. Last 2 years there have been issues with drivers starting before kids sit down, my kid hit her mouth and was bleeding, weve had some 'no shows', most of the busses dont have their signs up in the AM, so I have to ask which bus it is often, agency blames school, school blames bus agency no accountability, a staff taking my complaint was rude... read more
