Worst notification system. Receive alerts more than 30-1hr after the scheduled stop saying it will be an additional 30-40 mins?! Don't get me started on their customer service... Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability. They have been trying to find a bus driver for my child's route for two weeks now and still no resolution. UNACCEPTABLE.
They're always on time and the new driver is a very nice person, however we loved so much the lady that drove the bus for the past 2 years. Kim was so caring! It's too bad they change drivers.
