I got used to the inferior conditions of work, absurd productivity, ludicrous documentation, permanently stressed and tired coworkers, often incompetent management, etc. But I also stayed with Consonus because it and its main competitor( same quality as Consonus) basically have monopolized the nursing home therapy market in Portland. This organization does so much for the seniors they care for... they also make such a positive impact across the country for the Long Term Care industry. Thank you for all you do!
I have worked for them at multiple locations, they are fair and supportive. Thinking about moving back to Oregon, probably give them a call.
