Never answer the phone, and when you leave a message don't expect it to be returned. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
Horrible service. How do you NEVER answer a phone? Disgraceful
No one ever answers the telephone. Only recordings.
Worse customer service ever if you think a taxpayer is their customer. Taxpayers are not their customer (the school districts are) so if you try to call and reach someone about your check not clearing your bank prepare to be disappointed. Their phone and voice mail system is a never ending circle of messages and disconnects. I mailed a check 9/13/2018 and as of 10/10/2018 it has not cleared my bank. Their intro message says allow 3 weeks for a payment to clear. Worthless.
